Specializing in regenerative medicine for stroke and spinal cord injury

We aim to not only provide medical treatment, but also to work with you to think about your future lifestyle and goals.

Stroke and spinal cord injury are horrific diseases that can cause people who were living normal lives until yesterday to lose bodily functions after an attack. While responding to these attacks is important, it is also extremely important to know how to deal with the prognosis. Only those who have experienced this disease can understand the pain and suffering.

At our hospital, we believe it is our mission to provide this treatment to as many patients as possible, and we provide treatment that is tailored to each patient and their family.

At the same time, we do not simply provide medical treatment, but also try to think together about future lifestyles and goals.

The Neurotech Method

Regenerative Medicine × Advanced Rehabilitation

The central role in regenerative medicine is played by stem cells. Stem cells have the ability to self-renew and differentiate into various types of cells. When tissues are damaged by disease or injury, the idea is that stem cells create new cells and the tissue regenerates.

Stem Cell Infusion

We extract mesenchymal stem cells from your own bone marrow, culture them to increase their number, and infuse them back into your body to repair damaged neural networks.

Cytokine Cocktail

We administer "Supernatant" (rich in growth factors) nasally. This reaches the brain directly to protect neurons and promote self-repair.

Simultaneous Rehab

We perform intensive rehabilitation *during* stem cell administration. This "dual-stimulation" maximizes neural connection and functional recovery.

Safety & Government Approval

Regenerative medicine using stem cells is strictly reviewed by a “Specified Certified Regenerative Medicine Committee” for treatment validity, safety, physician staffing system, and cell processing management.

Only medical institutions that meet the criteria can submit a treatment plan to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

Flow of Stem Cell IV Therapy

A step-by-step guide to our regenerative medicine process.

1

Consultation & Screening

First contact us by phone or email. A counsellor will interview you about your condition. If eligible, you will have a consultation with a specialist doctor (in-person or online).

  • Screening: We perform blood tests to check for infections (HIV, Hepatitis, etc.) and coagulation abilities.
  • Imaging: We review your MRI/CT scans to determine treatment suitability.
2

Bone Marrow Harvest

Under local anaesthesia, bone marrow fluid is collected from the iliac bone (pelvis). This minimizes burden on the patient.

  • Duration: The procedure takes about 30 minutes.
  • Admission: Not required. You rest for 30 minutes and can go home the same day.
3

Extraction & Culture

Your stem cells are extracted and cultured in our specialized facility to increase their numbers significantly.

  • Environment: "ISO Class 7" clean room to ensure safety.
  • Duration: Culturing takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
4

Safety Testing

Before administration, the cultured stem cells undergo rigorous quality control to ensure they meet our strict standards.

  • Tests: Sterility, Endotoxin, Mycoplasma negative test.
  • Checks: Cell count, morphology, and survival rate.
5

IV Therapy & Simultaneous Rehab

The cultured stem cells are returned to your body via intravenous (IV) infusion (approx. 30 mins).

  • Schedule: Standard protocol involves 3 infusions (Initial, 4 weeks later, then 3rd dose).
  • Rehab: We perform intensive rehabilitation *during* the infusion to maximize neural connection.
  • Optional: Cytokine Nasal Spray & TMS (Magnetic Stimulation) may be used.
6

Follow-up

We do not just end with the treatment. We monitor your progress to ensure the best possible outcome.

  • Check-up: Physicians conduct follow-ups 6 or 12 months after treatment.
  • Continuity: Depending on progress, we may recommend continuing cytokine spray or rehabilitation.

Case Study: Patient A (Stroke Recovery)

Treatment: Bone-Marrow Stem-Cell Infusion (3x) + Cytokine Spray

Month 1

Speech improved from YES/NO to full sentences.

Month 2

Transferring from bed to chair smoothed. Motivation returns.

Month 3+

Swallowing improved. MRI confirmed smaller infarct area.
